With advanced user define Screen layout security, admin can enable staff, students etc to change individual components of the layout, without effecting global changes!

EG a Screen layout contains: A) background file, B) News and weather RSS feed, C) Corporate Video and D) Client Image bank.

Admin assign John who can ONLY change the Background file, Paul can ONLY change the the RSS feed link, George can ONLY change the Videos and Kate can ONLY change the image folder (to upload the latest Corporate party pics)
